    Hello, I am looking at your 7 ft tree which I thought it's around 210 cm however the measurements in your description describe it as 122cm. Can you please clarify?

    Hi. We live in a street without nature strips but we still have a front yard and can leave the tree there for disposal/collection. Can I still select the outside collection option?

    Thank you for asking this important questions. As long as the Christmas tree is visible and accessible from the street by our drivers without you being home, is perfectly fine. Some ideas: Next to the rubbish bins, on the side of the driveway, near a garden bed, or leave instructions before collection on where it will be located.

    Do we need to water the Christmas tree after being cut and delivered? If so, how do we water the tree if it's in the stand?

    Yes, we do need to water a freshly harvested Christmas tree. The Christmas tree is held up by a Christmas tree stand, usually a "Cinco" stand which also holds water, depending on the size, about 3 liters. It is easy to pour water into the stand with a water jug. We recommend to water the tree daily for the first few days and less often in the last few weeks.

    You deliver everyday but when is your Christmas trees cut? I want to choose the delivery date when they are just cut and fresh.

    Thank you for asking your question. All our Christmas trees are harvested (cut) on the morning of each delivery. As an example. If you order on the 1st November and the delivery chosen is 1st of December, the Christmas tree will be harvested on the 1st of December.
