I have just experienced fantastic customer service from the team at Real Christmas Trees Melbourne. Every interaction I have had over the phone and online has been easy and there was nothing I requested that was a problem. I have been buying fresh Christmas trees for 8 years now and I have to say this one has been by far the best. I was a little hesitant at first because the trees are a little more expensive than those I've previously purchased at the likes of Bunnings, florists and fruit and veg shops. BUT it lasted for 8 weeks through hot Melbourne weather and fragranced the whole house until I took in down in January. And the best part of all....they PICK UP THE TREE!!! That was worth every extra cent I spent on it.

Can not fault service or professionalism of the company. At every step of the way it was an easy transaction. Delivery was as requested, tree was of superb quality and pickup was also as requested. Any minor problems were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction.
I had a very positive experience with real christmas trees. The ordering was easy, the delivery was on time and easy. The best part for me was the pickup. I watched as my neighbours attempted to put their trees in the green bin, and when this was unsuccessful, left their trees on the nature strip for the past 2 weeks. i put mine out in the morning, and it was gone when I returned. thank you real christmas trees, it has been a very positive experience for me.
Beautiful healthy tree delivered and put up when they said they would. They also offered a free pick up after Christmas.

Such an easy way to organise our Christmas tree this year. No need to worry about cleaning out pine tree bits from our car. Our tree will be delivered and set up and we have also already organised pick up in early January. All organised on my mobile online. Wow! Thank you.
