Hi Bridgette, all our Christmas trees are pruned, and during the pruning process the branches get trimmed.

Hi there, do I need a stand with the tree? I have never had a real Christmas tree before and don't know what is needed.

    Friday, October 30, 2020, 10:10 PM

Hi Luisa, how exciting to hear it is your first real Christmas tree. Yes, a Christmas tree stand is recommended. A stand will hold the Christmas tree upright and hold water for the tree to drink. Stands are reusable over and over, so you just need to buy them once. In the olden days, they would use a bucket filled with rocks and place the Christmas tree inside. It can work with smaller trees, although with bigger trees, the Christmas tree will stand makes it more secure. Hope I have answered your questions and if you have anything further questions, you may contact us by phone or email.

I have never had a real Christmas tree before and was wondering how long will a Christmas tree last? Thank you.

    Thursday, September 24, 2020, 10:19 AM

Hi Chloe, a real Christmas tree is like a fresh flower, the moment it is harvested, it has a lifespan between 2 to 5 weeks. It all depends on the environment it is in. Most Christmas trees will last 4 weeks when shaded (away from direct sunlight) and watered regularly. Please visit our FAQ page for more details.

Even so it is a 5.5foot it felt like it was a 6 foot tree to me.

I was very disappointed that the 6 ft Christmas tree was not available anymore and had to settle for this one, and yet it was tall enough in my living room.
