Returns & Refund Policy

 

 

Returns:

There are no returns on any of the fresh Christmas trees after delivery.

In the case where the Christmas tree is damaged during transport or not of the highest quality with our accordance:

We will exchange or refund the Christmas tree. You must contact us as soon as possible and within 2 days of the delivery day.

According to our discretion and approval, we will then arrange a refund (refer to refunds) or exchange and delivered at the next available delivery date.

 

Refund:

Once a Christmas tree has been delivered, we do not provide refunds unless of our fault and approval.

In the case where the return has been approved, a full refund will be provided back to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. 

 

Type of Returns:

Damaged during transport – a full refund will be provided back to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval or an exchange of the Christmas tree. 

Christmas tree not of the highest quality with our accordance – a full refund will be provided back to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval or an exchange of the Christmas tree.
