    Hi Alaya, Thank you for asking this questions. We make sure that we pass on the savings to the customer and there are no hidden costs and delivery is FREE if delivered during the peak period, 25th Nov till 23rd Dec. There are extra chargers if the delivery is to the CBD or out of our Melbourne metro area. This can be checked at checkout when you enter your suburb and postcode.     I've had this Christmas tree delivered to my apartment last season and it was quick and easy. The driver called me and I came down to pick it up. The quality of the tree was great, it smelled fresh and looked good green.
