All orders for real Christmas trees online include Free delivery 7 days a week as per our delivery date availablity shown.

Free delivery is made within Melbourne Metropolitan* area and we will do our best to deliver on your chosen day*. 

Delivery made on your chosen delivery day

Depending on our demand for orders, we will deliver the tree to the address on your chosen day. If we are unable to deliver the Christmas tree within the date specified, we will contact you via your details provided.

Exact time of delivery

Exact time of delivery can not be arranged with our FREE delivery, however in some circuimstances we may be able to give you a guide line time.  

We have a "Specific time delivery" service if required that can be purchased here. 

Delivery when you are not home

We will try contacting you if needed on the delivery day, however if you are not contactable, we will leave the Christmas tree infront of your property if safe to do so. When a bucket of water is provided, we will leave the Christmas tree in it. When an installation is requested/purchased and we are unable to contact you, we will setup the Christmas tree for you and leave it in the front yard when safe to do so. A re-delivery fee may be be incurred.  

Delivery outside Melbourne Metro area

Delivery outside Melbourne Metro* areas is possible for an extra delivery cost. We can deliver anywhere within Australia at your cost, although we reserve the right to do so. We can't gurantee your chosen delivery day if out side of Melbourne Metro area.

Collection of Christmas trees after the season

You may purchase at checkout a collection of your Christmas trees in January the following year.

The Christmas tree will have to be left out on the nature strip during our specified dates of collection. Make sure to check the collection timetable.

If the Christmas tree is not left out on the nature strip during our specified collection date, we will not be able to collect the Christmas tree Free of charge. A special order can be made to collect the Christmas tree. A specific collection date can be purchased online here. 

You may also check with your council if they have a hard rubbish collection or green waste collection day to pick up your Christmas tree.

*Melbourne Metropolitan

This is bound by our limits of Melbourne Metropolitan.  As a guide it is the limits of the Melbourne Metro Public Train System.
