We are known to be the most efficient Christmas tree delivery team in Melbourne and have years of experience with over 100,000 deliveries in the last few years we know how to deliver fresh real Christmas trees.

At the time of writing (August 2020) Melbourne is in lockdown 4 and there is a lot of contactless delivery options available throughout the retail industry. We have a bit of extra time to prepare for the busy Christmas tree season and have created a very safe and contactless service.

The contactless service starts at the Christmas tree farm plantation. Christmas trees are exposed to natural weather with no public access throughout the year. The Christmas tree farm has a dedicated section with no public access and these Christmas trees are allocated to the online delivery service. Keeping that in mind, only the staff have contact with these trees.

On average 2 staff (Christmas tree size dependent) will handle one Christmas tree from the time it is harvested to the time it is delivered to our customers home or business.

The first is the farmer who will harvest the Christmas tree.

The second will be the delivery person bringing the Christmas tree to your home or office.

Both the farmer and the delivery person will have PPE (personal protective equipment) which includes - face mask, gloves and hand sanitiser for the handling of each Christmas tree.

When a Christmas tree is a drop off only to the home or office, our driver will just leave the tree at the door if possible, so there will be zero contact.

When this is not possible, our driver will contact you and ask for instructions on where to leave the Christmas tree. In some situations, only when it is needed and required, the Christmas tree will be brought inside by the driver.

For all Christmas trees that require installation, our driver will be prepared with his or her PPE, we ask the same from you, to please wear your PPE and if possible, open windows and doors to have air circulating.
